Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to the ApunkaMail website, its forms, sponsorship programme, and any services that reference it. Additional product-specific rules may be published before the email service launches.
Prohibited activity
You must not use ApunkaMail to:
- Break the law or encourage unlawful conduct
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate another person
- Distribute malware, deceptive content, or harmful code
- Infringe privacy, intellectual-property, or other legal rights
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
- Interfere with the service or impose unreasonable load
Spam, phishing, and messaging abuse
You may not send or facilitate unsolicited bulk messages, phishing, credential theft, address harvesting, fraudulent promotions, or messages that disguise their origin. Consent and applicable marketing laws must be respected.
Security and automated access
Do not probe, scan, exploit, bypass access controls, or access accounts and data without authorisation. Automated requests must not disrupt the website or evade technical restrictions. Good-faith vulnerability research should follow our security reporting guidance.
How we enforce this policy
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict, suspend, or terminate access where appropriate. We may preserve or disclose relevant information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect people and systems.
Enforcement decisions may consider severity, intent, impact, history, and willingness to remediate. Report suspected violations through our Abuse Policy.
