Our server may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. Form logs and rate-limit records use cryptographic hashes for visitor IP and email values rather than storing those values directly. Pending and confirmed waitlist addresses are stored in a protected database so we can verify consent and manage subscriptions.

Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Short-term form rate-limit events are automatically removed after approximately 48 hours. Unconfirmed waitlist verification links expire after 48 hours; pending records may be removed periodically. Confirmed waitlist records remain until they are no longer needed or you ask to unsubscribe or delete them, subject to applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. You can also ask to leave the waitlist or object to marketing messages by using the instructions in an email or contacting us.
